One of the things I'd really like in my next house is a bigger backyard with a patio. That way I can put a couple pieces of patio furniture out there and sit in the sun on nice days. As it is, my back porch is really small and it's covered by a section of the roof. That means no basking in the sun for me. I really can't wait to fix up our house so we can try to sell it to move into a bigger one.
