As an addition to yesterday's post about make-up, I'd like to confess that, like many other women, I have a terrible body confidence. While I know I should like my body the way it is and not focus on abnormally thin celebrities, it's difficult when I look in the mirror and see a pudgy thing. Even though I'm working out more, I also feel like I'm eating more to keep up my energy. I should probably eat more fruits and vegetables and stop thinking about whether appetite suppressants work. Then again, maybe I should just go to a Love Yourself seminar and just learn to like my body the way it is.....
