I am not one to condone taking diet pills. I've always been told how bad they are for your body. Not to mention some of the side effects. I'll fully admit that I'm a bit overweight. OK, maybe a little more than 'a bit' but only the Wii Fit considers me obese. (Stupid BMI.) Even then, I would never consider diet pills. Watching what you eat...not dieting, just eating healthy..and exercise is the way to go. Just a little bit a day can work wonders. Now I have to find the time to fit it into my busy schedule.
