Today is my ninth wedding anniversary. Nine years. Wow. Time sure has flown by. My husband and I are planning on going out for our traditional sushi lunch to celebrate. We find that much more enjoyable than giving each other gifts. For the record, the traditional gift for a ninth anniversary is pottery. Seriously, pottery. The modern equivalent is willow. Who thinks these things up? Should I get my husband some willow faux wood blinds? I wouldn't be able to stop laughing. Well, the 10-year is tin and aluminum, respectively. Recyclable soda cans it is!
